You are as safe as your immune system. People get cancer each and everyday of their lives when body cells grow and die. sometimes those new cells mutate, but your immune system usually kills the aberrant cells.
However, if you are inmuno-suppresed because of constant stress on your immune system which weakens your ability to fight, then you are not safe. There can be many reasons why one's immune system can be weakened. Diet, sleep deprivation, lifestyle, viruses, colds, flu, trauma, job environment, etc. LEAST of all that ANY President of the United States may control. Still nuclear power plants, that Tree-hugging Liberals did not want especially after Three Mile Island but large energy corporations did, should be checked for safety.
