Just saw a befuddled lookin older pup in the middle of 45th &
Baltimore -- no owner but it (no idea if it was a male or female).
had tags. It looked to be at least 8. It looked mostly black w a
little white on its neck (gray around the mouth and eyes). It's a
small medium sized dog.
