We live at State St. & Willow St. - between Lancaster and Powelton and 39th and 40th. PostingID: 2303080492He has very unique markings - I think he is a Bengal/Tabby mix. Grayish brown with black stripes/swirls on his back, and a white spotted belly (see pictures attached). He was wearing a collar with a tag, but I know they can come off sometimes.
