I just heard from our neighbor Milan that there are plans to
convert the vacant lot at 51st and Baltimore into a parking lot for
Francis Funeral Home and about an alternative proposal to use the
lot as a space to build a garden center. I want you to know that

an area resident I believe the area has ample parking. Also, a

Jannie Blackwell's office indicates that unless there are a
good number of concerned e-mails very quickly, the parking lot
would get the green light. An email about this would need to go to
