Privatization is never more efficient, that's a lie of the plutocracy and a fantasy for the naive. Yes, privatization is about transferring public assets to corporate control and wasting huge taxpayer resources for the profit of the few. But more importantly to the plutonomy (1), Liz, it's about stripping the rights granted by all the amendments to the US constitution away from the people for generations!
