Clark Park History continued....

The sixth and fourteenth amendments of the US Constitution also
guarantee the rights described in Acts, recognized since antiquity; of
the accused to confront accusations against them.
I've publicly reported about the UCD/FOCP Quality of Life Task Force
over the years. I also publicly confronted Lewis Wendell of UCD at 2
public BID meetings demanding a release of the minutes and hand picked
attendance of this Task Force. He refused to answer the question or
acknowledge the existence of the secret court, receiving loud
disapprobation from the BID attendees. (FOCP leaders have consistently
refused to refute my public report over the years or acknowledge this
task force, except to call me a liar and other names)
At the secret court in 2001-2002, FOCP/UCD insisted that actions must be
taken against all neighborhood gatherings in Clark Park (except the
Spruce Hill May Fair and fee based FOCP soccer). After the FOCP refused
to defend their infamous survey and "findings" (see City Paper, Battle
of the Bowl); they introduced secret accusations against "outsiders."
(I promised to prove that their entire survey effort continued to be a
deliberately crafted deception, rather than the useless research of idiots.)
So FOCP leaders in 2001 claimed that they had secret complaints against
Clark Park festivals by good neighbors. They refused to present the
secret complaints or identities and claimed that they were protecting
the accusers from "retaliation!" (They claimed that Glenn, the thug,
would be able to identify the complainer and retaliate, if even the
complaint was presented anonymously!!!)
As I reported a few years ago, a brave gentleman, Gihon Jordan, was the
only member of the secret proceedings, who supported my right to
confront complaints or evidence and know the accusers. The police,
department of Recreation, and political staffers watched silently with
their thumbs up their asses.
For the next round, I vowed to bring texts of all known complaints and
demonstrate the absurdity and lies of those known complaints. The
FOCP/UCD carefully chose a day that I was out of the state for the next
meeting, since they canceled and rescheduled meetings routinely. Then,
the FOCP/SHCA/Regent Sq leaders adopted the FOCP/UCD bullshit and ended
the kangaroo court never allowing rebuttal.
That was a sample of the UCD/FOCP Quality of Life Task Force
Sept.2001-March 2002, and the end of the right to confront false secret
accusations in the Penn district.
