What are you babbling about, Richard? Friends of Clark Park has never
handled permits for park activities. How could it? You always have to go
to Barb McCabe at Parks & Rec, fool -- the actual owner/manager of Clark
Park -- same as for the past 10 years, same as for every other community
park in the city. It's pretty cut and dried.
You don't seem to know much about how the Philadelphia park system
really works. Just because somebody hallucinates online that I issue
park permits, or that Brian Siano is Satan's eldest spawn, is not
evidence that we are either. Try a fact, now and then.
