Here are two reports of found orange & white cats/kitten. I've

You are most likely not the right group to contact, but I can't find
anything else on the net. This afternoon (5/29/11) there was an orange
tabby cat in my yard. I don't know the sex. He/She had white paws
(like socks on a horse), and more importantly a red/pink collar with
little fake diamonds. While he is friendly, he wouldn't let me pick
him up nor did he follow me into my house. I've run several searches
over the internet trying to find a listing that matches, but can't
find on. If you know anyone who is missing this cat, could you please
forward the information.

Did you lose your kitten? She was skinny and a bit dirty so it's
possible she's a stray, but I've never met a stray this friendly. She
*loves* people. She's seriously affectionate. Is this your cat? If so,
can you describe her markings?
I cannot keep her in my tiny apartment (which already houses 3 cats),
so if no one claims her soon she will be adopted out.
