I believe this kitty has been hanging out around 48th & Regent -- am trying to confirm this!. I vaguely recall someone in that area owning a Russian Blue, which was once lost for a fairly long time. (note, this is not Charlie, from 43rd & Regent.) Also, I wrote to the poster of this ad urging them not to take kitty to a shelter, etc. No response yet. Anyone recognize??? It just occurred to we on the block in a consensus that he must be lost, not just "out on rounds," since when first we saw him he was fat + fine and now he is haggard & raggedy. He is sweet, but we are concerned about the decline in his shiny good looks so plan to take him into the shelter as soon as we can lay hands on him. He is uninjured, and a neighborhood character now, but every one of us is full up on our own taken-in cats who seduced us with their own sad stories. Email if you have been missing him.
