Hey neighbors, They're used and scruffed up a fair bit, but if you have use for a matching sofa and love seat set, they're free for the taking. Spread the word. I'd rather see someone get some use out of them but if there aren't any takers within a few days I'm going to schedule a bulk trash pick up. (Hopefully that's something the City still does.) Given their condition, think play room, man cave, starter home, heavily indebted student or recent grad, rec center, homeless shelter, group home. But, hey, if you like them for any purpose or reason, I ain't judgin' no one.
They're on my porch at 4518 Chester Avenue. Come on up and help yourself if you want them, though it is only the sofa and love seat that are being offered; everything else on the porch is stuff we want and are not offering. We'd put the offered furniture on the curb but we're hoping the porch will offer some protection from any possible rain and thus maintain whatever desirability they might still have.
