"Any chance my dog's seizures are being triggered by lawn chemicals on
chicken bones?" (original message below)

Here is a question posed on this public listserv by a long term FOCP Board member, Lewis Mellmen, about RoundUp use in 2006. I received many similar questions posed by Clark Park users and dog owners over a period of many years, due to little plaques which were sometimes found around Clark Park warning people to "Please stay off the grass until dry" Many people I spoke with over the years, told me they had also witnessed a liquid substance being used on Clark park, like I reported in 2009 on this public listserv on one of the many occasions I found the plaques.

I was hoping that Mr. Lewis Mellmen could confirm or deny if the 3-eyed person he questioned in this 2006 report was applying RoundUp in Clark Park? I was hoping that one of the current or former Board members of FOCP would come clean about the history of RoundUp use in Clark Park. I know that gang loyalty is intense!

I remember the chicken bone complaints and Lew's dogs very well!

Does anyone out there have any reliable information on Round-Up, a
glyphosate-based herbicide produced by Monsanto?
I generally consider dependence on chemicals to be cheap alternatives with
hidden costs that will be paid by future generations, but the 3-eyed
landscaper who I questioned this morning told me that it's perfectly safe
for children and dogs to be exposed to it.
Unfortunately, no one who's ever told me that it's so safe that they could
drink it has taken me up on my offer to "go for it!".
However, I've read a bit about it and been told that some of its unspecified
"inert" ingedients are actually strong chemicals that should be used with
care.
Any chance my dog's seizures are being triggered by lawn chemicals on
chicken bones?
-Lew
