I guess that is the difference with being FROM West Philly and LIVING IN West Philly (what Liz claimed). I have lived in West Philly for 25 years and only scored a yes on Black Oak Park, but then I never go to delis or bars so I should get a pass on some of these. I have guess on another few ...
