He is a small (about 12 pounds) Poodle/Bichon/Shi Tzu mix. He is white in color. He answers to the name "Theo". He is wearing a solar bearing his rabies tag with a number for his vet. He was last seen in the vicinity of 46th and Baltimore. He is very skiddish around strangers and will likely run if approached. If you see him please try to catch him, he will not bite.
