This is truly classic. This guy was arrested for "driving while black"
in front of his wife and terrorized young child. He spends 6 days in
jail and goes through two strip searches, and it was always police
bungling. If they can approve this case, they can approve this for
anything like a stop and frisk of any kid wearing a hoodie.
Like picnic permit and leash law arrests, this is just another example
of laws designed for selective enforcement since the 14th amendment is
meaningless. Wealthy criminals and those connected to special service
districts are not supposed to worry about this arbitrary strip searching
and probing. But when I'm arrested for illegal eating in Clark Park,
they'll use that "medical device" they are planning to use against women.
When they have me cuffed, I hope the tazer or tear gas gets the santorum
surging, so I get a little satisfaction before they kill me like they
killed the 68 year old marine in White Plains. (They'll send the
details via twitter)
