Naomi Wolf does a good job showing that this legalized sexual
humiliation by the supreme court is part of a much broader pattern. She
makes some very important connections in this article. You'll remember
Wolf's excellent book, End of America, where she studies the steps and
processes as societies have shifted to totalitarian systems.
"...you don't want the state having the power to strip your clothes off.
History shows that the use of forced nudity by a state that is
descending into fascism is powerfully effective in controlling and
subduing populations."
"...One of my Facebook commentators suggested, I think plausibly, that
more women are about to be found liable for arrest for petty reasons..."

Here is another good coverage of the NDAA. You've probably already
reviewed Chris Hedges' lawsuit and reporting. This NDAA was passed
overwhelmingly by both corporate political parties and signed by Obama.
As Naomi points out, America has regressed more than 800 years by
destroying the protections of the Magna Carta. We thought they were
just destroying the Bill of Rights, but we're deep into the dark ages.

I just saw that a grass roots campaign has forced Coke and Pepsi to drop
support for ALEC.
