Here is the newest opportunity for the Fiends of Corporate Plutocracy, FOCP, to get a grant from the taxpayers. And I bet the UCD will get an A+ on its report card, when these privatized benches come to Clark Park. Maybe Goldman Sachs will make Nutter the President, if Philadelphia is the first city to have all city benches made "fee for sitting."
I doubt that they'd need to close more than 100 public schools to fund the grants! And Center City District can educate you about how making this "improvement" will create billions of high paying jobs and please upscale tourists.
