Another recommendation for John Kline. He found a leak in my side bay window
that had been leaking for 10 years. He was out this morning to fix my shed
gutters - and they're fixed.  I recommended him to a co-worker with a
persistent leak and after spending 45 minutes on ladders exploring every
possibility, John told him it wasn't his roof, it was a stucco problem.
He takes a little while to call back, depending on how busy he is, but he'll
call. If it's urgent, make sure you say it is and you'll hear from him.

John Kline (215) 487-7552. He understands the kinds of houses and roofs in
this neighborhood, and actually tracks down the source of a problem.

Hi All

It's raining out- that means the persistent leak on the third floor back bay
will leak again. Does anyone have the name of a good roofer for fixes? Someone
who can really hunt down problems?

How about a handyman? I have about 8 hours a month of work for a good handyman;
painting, trim carpentry, minor plumbing, etc.

Thanks so much!
