So more concisely, the constitution's use of "We the People" with the stated purposes as included in its preamble... plus various promises (like the phrase "justice and liberty for all" and "will grant full faith and credit" read in the light of the tenth amendment), plus NUMEROUS subsequent and past promises of equal rights and most all the international treaties of similar modern intent... lead me to believe that an end to unfair economic oppression with fair REdistribution of wealth and opportunities being LONG overdue - is needed and legally mandated!!!
