We can use people before, during and after the actual HAUNTED GARDEN
EVENT.Please slideshow through the photos of the SETS and VOLUNTEERS from 2010
to see the types of help that is welcome.

Since this event is sponsored by the Squirrel Hill Town Watch and Mini-Station,
we can provide certificates of Community Service hours. We welcome the help of
teens who can use the CS Hours. We think they learn useful "event planning" and
acting skills and they save tired old me a lot of leg-work. Once again, Cyndy
Preston, our local "Queen of Halloween", will arrange to supply treats for at
least two stations (she has committed the SqHTW to "Hug" drinks and fresh fruit
from the Ya-ya truck on 44th near Sansom). Please slideshow through the 2010
VISITORS catalog, to realize the happiness that even small donations of time,
talent &/or treasure can produce.
http://picasaweb.google.com/campionef/Halloween2010Vistors# I am so happy to
live in a safe and happy neighborhood, that I want to play some of our good
fortune forward by keeping the tradition of halloween generosity and fun alive.
If you are connected to anyone who can donate anything, please forward these
links and ask them to send freebies or discounts my way. We try to plan for
2,400 visitors. I am even happy to give away things with logos.Things I'd like
to distribute: Toothbrush kits Wrapped Cookies or
cupcakes. Sports Bottles, Highlighters, Pens, School Supplies
Small toys (of the "happy Meal" size and variety Matched lots
of wrapped candies (such as 2,000 minis) As a Realtor, in the 5th year of a
national recession, I would also welcome donations toward the purchase of Candy
and the consumable decorations (spider webbing, ropes, etc.) that define our
station. Our goal is to distribute FULL SIZED bars at the front door, and it
is hard to justify the $2,000 we spend year after year. If your family has
enjoyed the event in the past, maybe you will support it for this year. Thank
you in advance for any help you can supply or vector. Please forgive the cross
postings. Best!Liz Elizabeth
