As a teacher who has spent over $3000.00 of my own money yet again, of course 
we know "Imagine 2014" meant imagine a country without compulsory public 
education for those who are not great landowners as has been a problem since 
Reconstruction for children of former slaves.  Now they stand to finally make 
it right.
