Hi Linda, I know you usually forward out emails about dogs, but I was wondering if you could spread the word about this cat. I found her laying on the edge of the Clark Park bowl this afternoon. She was severely lethargic and dehydrated. After a little air conditioning, food, and water, she is doing much better and is in my home. She is not microchipped, and looks like she has been outside for a while, but is very friendly so I'm not sure if she is a stray or not. If anyone knows if she is a stray or is owned, please let me know. I would not be able to keep her.
