[UC] Spotted Beagle (thurs a.m., 48th/Pine) AND Found pit bull (48th/Springfield)

from craigslist: SPOTTED: lost beagle on s. 48th st (West philly) I saw a lost beagle running around at 48th and Pine this morning around 8:15-8:20. Several bystanders tried to catch him/her but the dog panicked and ran north on 48th st, crossing spruce. S/he was still heading north towards Locust when I lost sight of him/her.
