Has anyone encountered someone looking for their lost dog? :(

Around 6:30pm a tan/light brown little dog, looking to be a chihuahua,
was seen running down Pine, crossing 43rd, & turning left at St.
Marks. towards Spruce. Couldn't be found/seen beyond that point.
Appeared not to have a collar and was quite nervous, moving fast.
Wouldn't let anyone approach.
