Please help me find my little chihuahua! He is black, tan, and white with a blue collar. He is very small, about 4lbs. We were near the Woodlands cemetary in the corner when he noticed 2 big dogs unleashed and they ran after him. He was so fast that I couldn't get him. He ran towards the VA Hospital.
