There are also ways to submit info anonymously if you know him or have any other information which are listed. If you know who's camera this is, please keep it to yourself. This neighbor would rather not have it broadcasted. We are just glad the neighbor has a camera and is willing to share it with police and with us. Worth discussing: should more of us get cameras and what is the best way to use them?
