The lies, mis-directions, and platitudes of both corporate political parties back in 2008 successfully blocked a genuine debate about reforming the worst health care system in the developed world. The US healthcare system is broken from top to bottom because it has been designed around profit and not the health of Americans. Both parties want the part of Obamacare that enshrines corporate welfare, and both parties know that any hyped benefit to 99% of Americans was designed for future bipartisan destruction!

The corporate media has become a vast propaganda complex to keep Americans ignorant, and the current framing of the problems with Obamacare is a prime example. Americans are brainwashed to believe that the fake choices between the Democrat leadership and the crazy, open heartlessness of the Republicans is somehow the only real choices.

And like usual, real health care policy experts are being attacked as providing support to the Republicans unless they shut up and chant, "we love Obamacare."

Until people are willing to open their eyes, they will fail to see that both political parties serve the .1% exclusively. They manipulate their bases with the charades and gimmicks that their propaganda networks call news. Both parties are working for the eventual denial of any health care for the lower 50% of Americans, while making the next 40% insecure and intimidated regarding their own health security. Both parts of the Republican/Democrat duopoly are given their talking points by Wall St., but manipulate their bases very differently. Both groups of loyalists are instructed to hate and reject the needs of the lower 50% of Americans, but are given different ideologies to rally around, like the fake charity of Democrats.

Calling Obamacare, "socialized medicine" is deliberate, and intended to serve both parties in the future, with the further destruction of healthcare systems for half of America.

The one aspect that the roll out problems with Obamacare should highlight is the incredible complexity that guarantees enormous waste, fraud, and abuse inherent in a system designed for massive profit extractions, rather than the public good!

If people would reconsider the needs and benefits of recognizing access to health care as a human right, now is a good time to consider the following issues.

1. With both parties preparing the destruction of medicare, medicaid, and social security; how long will government "help" for Obamacare last? Everyone is being manipulated to belief this corporate welfare is a charity, and that the poor should be hated for receiving it.  Wall St. wants to preserve the corporate welfare built into these systems, while destroying the benefits to the people, who earned and deserve these!

2. Increasing deductibles, out of pocket costs, and restricted networks will all have the effect of reducing access to medical care for millions of Americans, whether or not they have these partial coverage insurance products. The plan to eliminate other funding streams which pay safety net hospitals was an enormous lie about the hope of Obamacare! Supposedly, with Obamacare, all the support needed for safety net providers would dissapear because of these high deductible Wall St. products. This nonsense seems to be designed to eventually bankrupt safety net hospitals and allow further monopolization that will eventually cut off access to care for all the poor and huge geographic areas.  (Note: It is the rising deductibles, etc. that determines access to care.  Just like personal bankruptcies, unpaid medical care is going to continue largely unchanged with Obamacare and increased with each rise of out of pocket costs by an ever larger percentage of Americans.)

Now that Obamacare joins medicare, medicaid, and social security as the deceptively termed, "entitlements," the welfare for Wall St can continue, while the benefits of all these programs are systematically dismantled through "bipartisan compromise."

3. Recently we learned that actual health care workers are now outnumbered by the army of administrators that medical providers must hire to deal with the complexities of these Wall St. products! The web site problems should help people recognize the unbelievable costs of the private profit system. This is a major part of what is called the cost of delivering health care that is separate from the profits and costs extracted by the health insurance cartel directly. Put simply, the cost of medical care is already severely increased with this waste, before we even get to the costs of highly profitable insurance.

If people start to consider how this enormous waste alone is part of the incredible difference between the costs of our system and the costs in the civilized world, they can begin to add up the benefits of a simple single payer system. When you look, you will find across the board savings by providing universal care rather than a profit based health care system designed for waste, fraud, and abuse.  (Beginning with the priorities of taxpayer funded medical research, every component of the broken system veers far away from the public good and toward the demands of extreme profit for tiny groups.)  We could dramatically improve the delivery of care by transferring these wasted "business jobs" with a new emphasis on the supporting services that would allow a truly comprehensive care delivery system.  (For example, instead of drug only txs for substance abuse, we could provide the comprehensive psycho-social services to allow flexible patient centered tx, which actually delivers a tremendous benefit to patients, families, and society.)

There is so much more to look at instead of helplessly being manipulated by those corporate propagandists masquerading as journalists, but that is enough to start people thinking.

Please remember that it is an extreme lie to attack truth tellers, as supporters of the Republican agenda! The sooner people understand that these corporate parties have the same end goals, despite their competeing lies and mis-directions, the sooner we can hope to save the planet and stop the death march of corporate totalitarianism.

Thanks for your attention. Please think about these issues as critical thinking citizens. Please allow the well being of future generations and all Americans to enter your thoughts.
