there were 3 police cars on the corner of my block (48th & Chester) last night 
around 8:15....also a young woman giving them info. (i saw this)

Word on the street was that the  woman was robbed at knifepoint for her phone. 
Alledgedly the perpetrators were teenagers. (Hearsay)
