[UC] Dryer Repair

I know this has been asked and answered a dozen times, and I'm pretty sure I 
kept the response filed away somewhere, but I can't find it and my dryer has 
decided to act up.  It spins just fine, but it's ice cold.  The timing is also 
shot, so I'd like to have someone look at it and tell me whether it's worth 
fixing at this point.
