Siano says:  "and as far as I know, we aren’t planning any tree removals anytime soon."

So, who does know, what the Clark Park Partnership is planning? Sometimes the truth slips out in simple little statements!

Even though the inner gang at FOCP originally sought personal power for themselves over park users, they are simply the servants of our masters agenda. This has always been the reality for those whom serve power against the welfare of their community.

When the new rental charges for city parks were rolled out a few years ago, we also saw the FOCP leadership play stupid. They would be the arbiters for rental fee waivers so "good people" could assemble in parks.  But the truth is that the rental fees that will be used to end the right to freely assemble were pushed by the FOCP/UCD almost 15 years ago at the "quality of life task force."

(Please note: we are in the neoliberal phase of the park rental fees called "normalization" in which the policy is entering its third year.  The vast majority of Philadelphians have no idea that these new rental fees make it impossible to assemble in public parks without a corporate sponsor.  Normalization allows the rulers to claim that the rental fees for parks were always the code, when the real crackdowns begin in future years.)

As Siano's statement indicates, the FOCP leadership awaits orders from our rulers!  If the rulers choose to build the concert stadium in park B, (which they wanted me to support in the late 1990s), it will be the job of the FOCP leaders to attack any dissent and justify the killing of more trees!  That's why the FOCP leaders aren't "aware" of any imminent tree killings.

Now that corporate totalitarianism and the role of civic leaders can no longer be denied, is this what people thought "improvement" meant?  I wonder if the FOCP is "aware" of any plans to use "organic fertilizer" to kill all plant life that hasn't been genetically modified.  (Please note;  It was RoundUp that was used on Clark Park for many years.  When there is no accountability, lies can be substituted as truth, at will)

A truth teller,
Glenn
