Here is an important finding for those people exposed to Clark Park, after the privatization began. It found high concentrations of this chemical in samples taken among American women. This was the chemical secretly deployed in the park to kill off plant life, over many years, except for genetically modified plants. Since the park is controlled by a private organization, the Clark Park Partnership, the people of West Philly have no right to know anything about the chemicals deployed over many years. (You need to trust the edicts from the leaders of FOCP for your information-hahaha FOCP and UCD claimed that only "organic fertilizer" was used in Clark park- hahaha)

Most people did not know they were exposing their families to this chemical, because the "subcontractors" felt no need to provide notices appropriate for a heavily used park. They placed a couple tiny placards at obscure places during the dousing, as if the park was a private suburban lawn. And, we the people, were excluded from all policy decisions about anything related to the park, or our rights to know and participate as citizens. (My best recollection was that between roughly 2001-2011, I would discover or witness the dousing each spring and fall) The secret chemical policy is just one more example of the "cleaner and safer" riches that we would receive, if we accepted secrecy and corporate totalitarianism to rule the neighborhod. The iron triangle between the FOCP, UCD, and the city, first abandoned and attacked the people's rights in the early 2000s; and that is when I first started witnessing the chemical assault to the sacred plant life in Clark Park.. (Update: A few sickly looking, dwarf dandelions, have reappeared in park A. It's been a few years, when FOCP fenced off the park and killed all those trees, since I personally saw a mass drenching in park A. But none of us can know anything anymore, except that we get lies.)
