We know the cops kill people, whom they consider powerless every day. But this video shows a much more common occurrence. During the night and in enclosed spaces, they assume there are few witnesses and cameras that they can't intimidate. For every person the cops kill, they beat and frame 100s of people, whom they perceive as powerless.

Here is Henry Giroux, astutely connecting the larger picture under global neoliberalism. It's clear that HG recognizes that the corporate media and government are going to wrap up the issue as only "too much military gear." They will distract the public for a while and keep right on militarizing the cops. Propaganda and neoliberal ideology is easy to understand, if consumers open their eyes and hearts; and pay attention to the world as it really is!
