Just got a call from someone who saw a light brown chihuahua roaming
the area. No collar. The dog ran when approached. Anyone know who
this pooch might belong to (light brown, male)? Please watch out for
him and offer food, try to capture. Do not chase! Please forward/
share with block lists!
