It’s often quite difficult to estimate as it is WAY more than a size issue (though certain things like the MINIMUM costs to get the truck for a half a day or more are probably quotable - and likely TOTAL materials)… laying in the core fill may be simple particularly if you have an attic (or more accurately in this case "dead space") access panel. Some times the sides (and perhaps inside walls) can be done nicely with a low number of holes. In some cases - like too little space - they cannot even be done at all. My best advice is to pick a contractor who is reliable and trustworthy and work together towards a best possible solution.
