I have a Queen-sized Box Spring and Mattress, with Linens, all in good shape,
and set up in a clean, bug free home, if they need them.  I am converting a
Bedroom to a study.

I am not sure how to reach the fire victims,  so someone please forward my
offer.

Hi

Don't know who all lost what, but Red Paw is helping with other pets in the
same fire:

These three were displaced by a fire in their apt building at 46th and Pine Sts
in West Philly yesterday afternoon, along with several other pets who are with
their families.
Dexter (related to a PFD FF) & Maya were injured during the fire and are
currently at Penn Vet for smoke inhalation issues, and other injuries. Maya has
been weened off or oxygen overnight and will be discharged with some
antibiotics and pain meds this afternoon. Dexter is still in o2, but hopefully
will be out later today.

DeeDee is fine and currently in our emergency kennel at Central Bark -
Philadelphia.

We are also currently assisting with a third cat (another Maya) injured from
this fire, who was brought to VCA Animal Hospitals in ‪#‎Philly‬ last night.
She seems fine and will be discharged today as well!

We are covering the cost of all of the medical bills for the owner's, If you'd
like to help us, please DONATE at: http://redpawemergencyreliefteam.com/donate/

What "stuff" do Kristie and Mark need and is there somewhere local we can drop
off if we have anything they can use?

Do not know status of other residents unfortunately.

does anyone know if they're the only people who lost everything? I think Kyle
you're totally correct, that we all have lots of stuff to share.

Hi Folks —

WestPhillyLocal tweeted this last night — a gofundme for two neighbors who lost
everything in yesterday’s 46th and pine apartment fire:

their goal is a very reasonable $2,500 — I suggested also that if they have a
list of stuff they need, we all probably have tons of stuff we’d like to get
rid of.

p.s. also, Project Red Paw, the pets-after-fires rescue group that was created
because of our big fire here a few years ago, was on the scene and rescued
several pets. They’re working with the Fire Department now, which is a
wonderful thing.
