Once again, thankful for the effective professionalism of the
undercover team operating here. Hopefully this will decrease the
number of car break-ins we have been seeing. I wonder if all of his
prior arrests have been here too.

@PPDJoeMurray: 47/Larchwood yesterday at 1245pm 18th dist undercover
cops caught a guy breaking into a van parked on the block & arrested
him.
@PPDJoeMurray: He was brought into SWDD where he confessed to ten
more thefts from cars. He has 26 prior arrests, 16 for burglary and
theft.

This afternoon my van had a window smashed and my most expensive
tool stolen. More things might have been stolen, but I'm in NYC and
can't do an inventory. This was in daylight on the 4700 block of
Warrington Avenue. they would have been walking around with a big
