Thanks, Alexine. I found out that some neighbors saw him and were able to get him into a carrier. Someone is taking him to PAWS clinic to check for a microchip and perhaps find out what is ailing him. I'm hoping to get contact info for that person and will share it in case this kitty belongs to someone nearby. Hoping residents of Larchwood, Osage, and Hazel can share with block e-lists... Will update with any new info. Thanks. :)
