Public bug reported:
1. The .desktop file doesn't appear in the menus because it gets
installed in /usr/share/applnk/Utilities/qalculate_kde.desktop.
2. It doesn't validate. I'm attaching a patch. I'm not certain why
exactly it doesn't validate though, so take a look at it.
