I opened a duplicate bug... There might be a kernel issue here, I'm seeing these intermittently when inserting discs (resulting in failed automount):

I tried older kernels with the same installation, and ran into the same issue. The issue is intermittent. Also, swapping out the PATA DVD drive with a SATA one did not resolve the issue. -- vlc assert failure: vlc: /build/buildd/libdvdnav-4.1.3/src/vm/vm.c:1744: get_ID: Assertion `pgcit != ((void *)0)' failed. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/434817 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs -- universe-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/universe-bugs
