This request appears to have two parts:
1) sync fldigi from debian unstable
2) package PSKmail from http://pskmail.wikispaces.com/Download - it is under a
GPL license ( http://pskmail.wikispaces.com/COPYING )
I think this is enough for a MOTU to be able to pick this up, then.
