nautilus-script-audio-convert is missing a dependency of the
libid3-3.8.3-dev package.
The program uses id3tag and id3info which are in the libid3-3.8.3-dev
package but this isn't a dependency.
Without these programs is unable to read or write id3 tag in mp3 files.
