Repository medias are handled by apt-cdrom and not APTonCD.

Try to see if you can use the iso and apt-cdrom to have your iso file as a 
valid repository media.
In the manpage it says that you must have the mount point in  /etc/fstab as 
discrebed below

       -d, --cdrom
           Mount point; specify the location to mount the cdrom. This mount
           point must be listed in /etc/fstab and properly configured.
           Configuration Item: Acquire::cdrom::mount.
Maybe it works with iso files too...


I am closing this bug since it is has not direct relations with APTonCD but 
with apt-cdrom.
