I am having this issue as well. I can copy a file to the iDisk WebDAV share, and it seems to complete without errors and actually appears in the destination folder momentarily, but then disappears. There is no error and nothing in the logs that I could find.
This is with 8.04.3 LTS (hardy) and davfs2 1.2.1 connecting to idisk.mac.com over HTTPS. At first I thought the problem was related to file size, but it doesn't seem to be the case. Large files take longer to complete (so the data definitely is being copied) but disappear just as quickly as small files do. If you want a very easy test, you can even just touch a new file and it will exist for a second or two, then disappear. The problem is not on the iDisk/Apple side, because files uploaded via the web interface persist just fine. -- can't write file on iDisk https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/375972 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs -- universe-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/universe-bugs
