Daniel - the LD_LIBRARY_PATH was added to get around the following error: dpkg-shlibdeps: error: couldn't find library avg.so.0 needed by debian /python-libavg/usr/lib/libColorNode.so.0.0.0
I am not sure if it is the correct solution though.
