I had a similar issue and I fixed the problem with the segmentation fault by editing the preferences for Streamtuner and once there, under applications I edited the settings Listen to a .m3u file and Listen to a stream to audacious2 %q and that seemed to fix the issue. It had originally been set to audacious &q and that is what seemed to be causing the fault.
