To reproduce, you have to set aMules incomming-path to something containing spaces. For me, this is "/media/Data/My Documents/aMule". Then, if a file has finished downloading, double click on it. Totem (or any other player you set for preview) will launch, then tell you, thats it's unable to find that "/media/Data/My" file.
