The mysql add-on is version 1.6.2.0-1 versus the asterisk with version
1:1.6.2.2-1ubuntu2.
It tells me that the module is not compiled to the source asterisk was
built from and refuses to load the module!
please update the add-on to 1.6.2.2 also!
