Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools
pbuilder-dist doesn't carry the user's environment into the build, so
the only way to set DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS by exporting them in .pbuilderrc.
This is fine for things like parallel=10, but not so great for nocheck
or nostrip
