Please merge matplotlib 1.5.1-1 (universe) from Debian testing (main)
This is the final release 1.5.1 instead of the release candidate that Ubuntu
has now.
Sorry I can't work on this merge because I don't have any packaging
skills.
The Ubuntu delta
* Merge with Debian; remaining changes:
- Build-depend on language-pack-en-base instead of locales-all.
The rest of the Ubuntu delta can be dropped.
