You're kinda skimming over my  argument if that's the only part of my
argument that you're going to  reply to.

It's not about finding a  way to reduce the risk to  zero,  it's about
reducing the risk as much  as possible. The fact is,  as  I have  shown,
that  2 of new HIV cases.

So  if  you can reduce the risk by not accepting blood of 2 of HIV
infections, how is that not statistically a  good choice?

And besides, gay men can donate blood, they  just have to wait a year
which is well past the window that HIV results start becoming
