Further, I use that build system to create packages for about 20
different projects.

Tested building the first project. That worked. It's a dependency for
nearly all the other projects.

Tested a second project, which require that first one to be available.
It is available (I can see the .deb). I can see it under the correct
folder as it does in 20.04. However, the "Packages" file disappeared
again, completely. So the second project fails building because it
cannot find the first .deb to install inside the build environment.
